“Mochi Master Course” - The Road to Mochi Craftsmanship
Welcome to the world of Mochi!
This is not a place where you simply watch—this is where you level up and become a true mochi artisan with your own hands.
In this course, you will start by kneading steamed mochi rice, then pound it with a real wooden mallet and mortar—full force, bettan bettan!
After pounding, you will cut and shape your own freshly made mochi.
You will then enjoy a tasting experience of 10 different flavors—including kinako, matcha, kuromitsu, grated daikon, and more.
On top of that, you will savor your mochi on our reserved second-floor seating area with a cup of matcha, creating a moment of luxury and peace.
Your one powerful strike of the mallet will turn this experience into a deeper, richer, and more delicious memory of your journey.

【Outline of the plan】
- Price: ¥5,500 per person (Children aged 5 and under are free)
※ This is an authentic mochi-pounding experience, and we prepare ingredients for a minimum of two participants.
※ Solo participation is possible; however, a fee of ¥11,000 (equivalent to two participants) will apply. - Duration: Approximately 60 minutes
- Group Size: 1–15participants
※ This experience may be shared with other groups during the same session.
※ Especially for bookings of 2 participants, there is a high possibility that you will be joined by other guests. - Available Time Slots: 9:00 / 10:30 / 12:00 / 13:30 / 15:00 / 16:30
【Flow of the experience】
- put on the happi coat and get ready to go!
- with the wooden mallet knead the glutinous rice
- pounding with a large wooden mallet and mortar! Pound with all your might.
- cut the freshly made rice cakes by yourself
- 10 luxurious flavors to try(kinako, green tea, black sugar syrup, grated radish,etc)
- relax and enjoy at the reserved seats on the 2nd floor
- Japanese finale with our special matcha green tea!

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, as well as no-shows, will incur a 100% cancellation fee, regardless of the reason.
